It was very bad experience unaccepted and surprised me can not believe with Kempinski. All toiletries was Chinese unbranded products like street c class hotels. Even mattress was so bad got backache badly. Full waste of my money name of Kempinski never had experience like that before with Kempinski. I felt they use that kind of room for Hotels.com Expedia booking. So in future I have to think twice use your platform to book my future booking.
