Pleasant stay at the Heron Hotel

Nice hotel, clean room. Good value for the price. The food was good. Great location, close to the city center. I stayed at the Heron for 11 days. I got to know some of the staff. Alex and Bob at reception were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The dinning/cafe staff, Daniel, Alex, Emily, Felix and Bashasha were courteous and friendly and great customers service. I would definitely stay at the Heron again.

Heron Court is scoring high on friendliness and good service. Convenient location in quiet area, - and still within short walking distance from city center (CBD). Breakfast simple but sufficient, the cafeteria is pleasant, .. Cons: The bed was on harder side for me, and except for early in morning "hot" water in shower was luke warm (at best). All-in-all: Heron Court remains my "home away from home" in Nairobi.

Overrated. The Elevator and rooms at different levels so you always have to step up or down to take elevator. Restaurant food is mediocre. I would not stay again.
