The hotel is extremely clean and the staff generally friendly. The restaurant and lounge are well staffed by knowledgeable, even artistic, employees. The only disappointment was that we were unable to get extra bottled water from the front desk. "We dont do that" is not a phrase that I expect to hear at a top-notch hotel.

In Laufnähe zur Innenstadt, man kann einiges fußläufig unternehmen. Restaurant durchgehend geöffnet mit guter Essensauswahl. Zimmer zum Pool hin etwas laut, da direkt an Expressway. Zimmer und Badezimmer gut ausgestattet und sauber. Rezeption durchgehend besetzt, nettes Personal. Möglichkeit, das Gepäck nach dem Auschecken unterzustellen.

Not a good experience. No hot water. Despite multiple requests, they ignored my requests to set up the TV, which was just static. At the restaurant it took almost 90 minutes to receive my order despite repeated inquiries.

Hotel Boulevard, a good hotel

The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms are kept clean and stocked. Hot water shower was excellent. They could improve one thing, put some hand holds in the shower for safety.

Excellent rooms and restaurant. Very clean and comfortable. No aircon, fan only. The front rooms face on to the Expressway and main road so noisy if you want to open the windows in the evening/night to let cooler air into the room.
