The room was nice. We had a room with an air conditioner. The ac leaked all over the floor after using for 1 night. The bathroom light didn't work at first, they fixed it, but in the morning it didn't work again. That was a short circuit from ac and a dangerous hazard.

Hotel is nice and clean. Room is so cosy. Shower is perfect with a lot of water. Lights are excellent. Front desk is so helpful. There is a coffee place just next to the hotel. The only thing to note is that this is Muslim Hotel that follows Sharia law. You can't have anything in the hotel that Sharia law don't allow. There's mosque right in front of the hotel and it's loud during call to prayer. Area around the hotel is bit dusty. So in general, Arova Hotel is perfect and I recommend it to anyone visiting Nairobi
