This is a great bed and breakfast. The morning breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. This is located right in town and is easily walkable to different restaurants and such. Would return!

We love to stay in B and Bs with charm. This one definitely has it. The staff is very gracious. The sitting room and dining area downstairs was very nice. Comes with. Hot breakfast to order. Great hostesses! Elegant and at the same time very warm and attentive. You can see they want to deliver a perfect service! The room was super clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing with delicious coffee made in a professional Italian coffee maker (it was a very pleasant surprise!), a good variety of cheeses and charcuterie, fresh fruit salad and more. We'll certainly come back and recommend to our friend and family!

We had a delightful stay at Cawdor House, thanks in large part to the fabulous couple who own and run it. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in was small but pleasant and well-kept. As you’d expect in an older house, the walls are a bit thin, but that’s part of the charm and character of a traditional building like this. Breakfast was a highlight — a lovely continental spread, made even better by the fresh espresso in the morning. It was the perfect kick-start to the day and a thoughtful touch that really stood out. A charming place with personal service that makes all the difference. Would definitely recommend for a cozy, welcoming stay.
