I think Expedia needs to do a better job at vetting the properties; I booked this for my relatives for a short stay at Nainital and they absolutely hated it. It was a last minute booking so i didn’t realize the address is very generic and no contact number listed. Rooms and bathrooms were smelly and the experience was really poor. Not senior citizen friendly and no parking.

The terrible experience we had at hotel Lake view. At the time of booking, address shared for Mallitaal however hotel was located at Tallitaal. So much dirty rooms, no cleaning, water are running from Tap, washbasin is so dirty, pot totally damaged.
