“The breakfast was good. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful, nice and informative. I’m giving it a poor rating because we had 2 huge roaches in our rooms and when I called the front desk and he was not apologetic at all and offered no resolution. I had to ask them to spray my room and vacuum it and it was never done! I was so grossed out. Also, it is a struggling getting a tricycle to come up to the hotel. “Breakfast buffet was good, had different options per day, lots of bread, cereals, fruits, coffee, several viands and an omelette station plus a juice section as well. Staff in Kuna (restaurant) were friendly and accommodating. I had a foot spa at the second floor which was relaxing. I wasnt able to try their pool area but i saw it had a nice view.
