Excellent location. Position is just behind Hotel Collective. Kokusai-dori is steps away, but the property is very quiet as window face in a different direction. Family mart is 1 min away too. Property is spacious enough for two, plenty of day light, all necessary amenities. Washing and drying machines were very handy. Check in/out was seamless.

I loved staying here. It was spacious and the staff were great. It’s also right next to Kokusai Dori street so everything is in walking distance. I want to shout out the staff because I missed my flight to Naha in Narita, and they stayed 3 hours after checking close to make sure I got checked into my room. They are outstanding. The wet room was great, my room has washer and dryer, and separate toilet area. Would definitely stay again and I can’t recommend them enough.

It is only an apartment, not a hotel.

The place is clean. Good air-con. Convenient location. But it should not call itself a hotel, because there is no cleaning service throughout our eight nights stay. No change of bedsheets. No collection of garbage. There was NO previous warning before check-in, or before payment for the 8 nights stay has been made. The house manager just suggested we wash the towels ourselves using the Japanese washing machine and to purchase laundry detergent from him. It is really shocking to find a hotel on Hotels.com that requires the guest to clean the house towels themselves and to be able to operate a washing machine with buttons in Japanese. Also, the house manager only speaks Japanese and he is only in the office from 9am to 9pm.

-first time staying in a condo-like hotel, sent a couple of inquiries and they were very prompt in their reply👍 -as we do not cook in the room, the kitchenette is a waste but the microwave oven is a plus -reasons for choosing this hotel is the location(in Kokusai dori), proximity to our tours pickup site(Prefectural Office) and the room size (25m). The Double Room rooms in nearby hotels are rather small. However with the kitchenette the space is being compromised; it’s rather cramp -we had stayed in hotels with separate toilet and shower but this layout is awkward and clumsy -toilet sink is very small and there’s totally no space to put my toiletries, i had to put my stuff on the washing machine.. what a shame -tap water temperature in the shower is hard to adjust -toilet amenities are well equipped except no shower cap Overall it’s still a pleasant stay. Perhaps will choose the bigger room for my next visit.

La chambre était plus petite que ce a quoi on s'attendait mais etait tout de même fonctionnelle. La sécheuse est très efficace. L'équipement de cuisine est au minimum, couvert pour 2 et un poêlon. A 3 minutes de la rue Kokusai, très animée. Le monorail est a environ 15 minutes de marche et il y a un arrêt de bus a moins de 5 minutes.Beaucoup de magasins et de restos à proximité

ワンルームマンションの作りをしています。 入口土間でスリッパに履き替えますが、キャリーケースはきっとフローリングで転がしているのではないかと思い、なかなか安心できません。 洗面ボウルが浴室洗い場にあるため、歯磨きや手洗いは浴室でするのでしょうが、スリッパで浴室に入る気になれずストレスでした。 シャワーの温度調整が難しく、一度止めると次はぬるいお湯がでました。 ガス衣類乾燥機は大活躍でした。洗濯洗剤があればもっと良かったです。
