地鐵只有一個路口，麥當勞在樓下，後面有7-11，對面有藥妝，斜對面還有另外一家藥妝及超市，生活機能非常好，適合家庭居住，唯獨浴室設備有點舊，客廳地毯有點髒，其餘住宿體驗還可以。
