The apartment had everything that we needed for comfort. It was easy to stay there. The street outside is rather noisy, so earplugs might be helpful. But it was a great day.

物超所值的房間

Hotels.com的聯絡平台會漏訊息，有點不方便，但飯店主人回覆都很快速也仔細，讓我們提早半天check in也非常感謝！房間很舒適且跟圖片一樣 （雖然原本預訂的是4樓藍色那間，後來被改到6樓但影響不大）兩大一小住的非常舒適！而且飯店地理位置非常的好，對面就有一間開很晚的超市，地鐵一路出來都有電梯通超市和空橋，對推車非常友善！下次如果有long stay 需求還會想要繼續住這！

還不錯的住宿體驗，Email聯絡回覆快速正確，交通方便，對面就有一間超市藥妝方便採購（有Tax free)，附近也有7-11跟麥當勞，雖然浴室相對老舊，洗衣機可能太久沒清潔，不過整體有八十分。

水回りはそれなりに年季が入っていますが、清潔に保たれていて気持ちよく使うことができました。強いて言うと、ハウスマニュアルをもう少し早く送ってくれるか、いつ送られるのか連絡があると良いです。初めての利用で、前日夕方にこちらから連絡するまで連絡が無いのは不安になります。

チェックインをしようと案内のとおりに手順を追ってポストを開けたら 入室するための鍵がポストに入っておらず部屋に入れませんでした。 ホテルに電話をしたところ従業員が現場に到着するまで30分かかるということで、極寒の中30分以上部屋に入れず待たされました。 対応も不十分で、とても残念でした。
