The Hotel is very nice and clean. The shower and bath tub separate, the washroom is very big. Staffs are extremely helpful and polite. Small gift for kids, make my daughter very happy. Convenience store right beside the hotel. I will stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel was close to Nagoya station and easy to get to even with a large suitcase. The room was quiet and clean. Even though I declined room cleaning for the duration of my stay, every day, they left a bag of clean towels and pajamas on my door.

Room was absolutely tiny - practically no space to open our bags, and beds could not fit 2 people (1 adult, 1 child) on each. Too claustrophobic for our liking. Other than that, room was clean and staff were perfectly fine.

the location was great and room size . beds were comfortable. but as you entered foyer the smoking room wasnt good the smell of smoke traveled in the lifts and thru the airconditioning . even when we opened the window there was cigarette smoke from others . Really un pleasent gave us a headache

The double room is too small for 2ppl, and it was stuffy and oppressive. But the customer service is pretty friendly and international, so you don't need to worry about it if you can not speak Japanese

駅からのアクセスも良く、コンビニや飲食店も近いので大変便利でした。 フロントの方が優しく親切で、電車やバスまでの案内を地図を使って丁寧に教えていただいたり、野球観戦のための宿泊でしたが、気持ちよく送り出していただきました。(男性のスタッフの方でした。) 名古屋に行く際には、また必ず利用させていただきます！ ありがとうございました。
