Location: couple of minute walk from the subway station so easy, Nagoya Castle is easily walkable as is Nagoya station. Food options nearby as are some convenience stores very close as well. Staff: front desk were very kind, friendly and helpful. Really nice. Morning breakfast staff are so nice and cheerful. ❤️ Room: usually this hotel chain is consistent as to the layout and style of room. This one however is different. Bathroom is a raised step to enter and exit, compared to floor height like other Toyoko inn’s. Bath is a little smaller too. End of the day, nothing major, it’s comfortable, clean and nice stay. Good value for money as always.

Self checkin machine is useless and make checkin lengthier than with staff. 1. Breakfast food was not warmed. Most food was cold. 2. Coffee was supposed to be served until 10am but the kitchen ladies rushed to finish their work at 9am and said they ran out of coffee. They were then caught telling lies and had to serve coffee again.
