Very comfortable hotel in a fantastic location

Fantastic location, near lots of restaurant, shopping, experiences and trains. We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was a little small for a family of three but we felt very comfortable, the staff was very very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is nicely located, just steps away from Parco and other Sakae commercials, hotel offers free desserts in the afternoon. The only bad thing is the laundry. It is a big hotel but only has two washer+dryers, and the dryer is very low power, I had to get up at 4:30am to get a machine and the whole washing+drying took me almost 3 hours to complete.

This hotel is very budget friendly and is okay overall. However, the staff knew there’s a kid in our booking and saw our kid during the check-in process but did not provide any kid’s amenity to us. I had to go to the front desk asked for it but even when I did, the staff who was a trainee was clueless. The room is dated and has not been properly cleaned, there are still crumbs on the air purifier. Having said that, the free snack provided at 3pm was nice, and this is the highlight that justifies the cost.
