Really nice hotel, there are 2 almost side by side and we stayed in the newer one to the right of the older Hotel. Rooms were nice and clean if a little small, even by Japanese standards but that can be forgiven really as everything else was spot on. The hotel is easily walkable from the train station and only around 20 min walk for the superb Toyota museum which is well worth a visit and often over looked. There are some really nice bars and restaurants all within a 5 min walk, we ate in one of the best Yakatori bars i have ever visited in Japan and i have spent many years travelling there. We didn`t have breakfast but did use the spring baths which were superb, gowns and towels provided free from reception and not too busy.

5/5 hotel, would stay at again! Very conveniently located within minutes of Nagoya Station, also located near 7-11 konbini. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, lots of amenities provided plus luggage storage available before and after check in. Property, room, bedding/linens/towels, etc were all very clean as well. Room size is typical of Japan, but spacious enough for solo travelers.

スパも4箇所の洗い場ですが広めで綺麗でお風呂入ると肌がツルツルにまとわりつく感じで翌朝早く起きても入りたいと思える感じでした！ お部屋の椅子がホテルで初めて壁に向いてなくリビングのようにテレビに向いていてベンチ形式で使いやすかったです！ 掛け布団が厚いのか薄いのか？って感じでしたが広めのベットでよかったです！ スタッフさん全て感じよく日本の方ではない方も多かったですが文句もなしないい接客でした！ 駅前ですが工事してるのもあり？新幹線口ですが少しだけ距離ありました

Apesar de termos ficado com quartos comunicantes, os quartos eram muitíssimo pequenos. Mal dava para abrir uma mala grande. Mas estava tudo limpo, e o staff foi muito atencioso. As camas também eram confortáveis. Não experimentamos as termas. O pequeno-almoço não era muito bom, poucas opções, nem sequer tinha fruta ou flocos. Talvez tenha sido o menos bom da estadia, mas de resto um hotel simpático com boa localização.
