The staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was brilliant. The coffee was superb and probably the best coffee I've had in Japan. There is a range of great regional Japanese fare as well as salad bar, fruit, pastries. The hotel location is central and there's lots of restaurants in the same building in the Tower.

Excellent hotel in Nagoya. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Great views of Nagoya from the day bed. The building has everything you need including a mall and wide selection of restaurants. We went to the wood oven pizza place and it was as good as we’ve had in Italy.

Convenient location right at nagoya main station nearby to lots of good food and shopping. Hotel staffs are able to speak simple english and the room is clean with daily housekeeping. I stayed at the highest floor and had the best view of the train tracks. However, you will hear the sounds of the trains travelling even late at night.
