I couldn't believe how good it was for the price, the free breakfast was very nice, lots of fish, scrambled eggs etc. And at certain times you could get free hot drinks.

Rooms are cleaned but it's a bit small. The room is supposed to be good for two people but I myself in the room has limited movement for the tiny space. Just to open and closed my luggage is a challenged. Otherwise, all is good.

寒暖差がある時期のため全館冷房でした。雨だったため、少し寒かったです。大変かもしれませんが、薄手のブランケット等一枚あるとありがたかったです。一人旅に気が張って疲れていたので、スタッフの方がにこやかで丁寧に対応してくださり、ありがたかったです。

スタッフの応対、設備や朝食など、おおむね良好です。一つだけ、チェックアウトのため、朝9:20頃、14階建ての7階でエレベータに乗ろうとして、3回続けて満員だったのには参りました。3回とも、部屋の清掃スタッフが、大きな台車2台と共に乗っていて、小さなキャリーバッグと大きなクーラーボックスを持った私は、友人夫婦と共に、乗るのを諦めました。 3度目の時、僅かなスペースを見つけて、私一人だけ、何とか乗る事ができましたが、満員のエレベータは全ての階に止まりながら、普通の10倍程の時間をかけて1階に到着したのです。私の他に、あと2人が乗っていました。途中の各階にも、台車と共にスタッフがエレベータを待っていて、全ての人が目的の階に到着するのには、相当な時間が掛かったと思われます。スタッフは専用のエレベータを使うようにするべきだと、強く思いました。それが無理なら、宿泊客が一人でもいたら、スタッフはエレベータを降りて、スペースを譲るようにするべきだと思います。従業員が優先で、客を待たせるなど、あり得ないと強く思います。（宿代が無料とかなら話は別ですが）朝食は美味しかったけど、牛乳があると尚嬉しかったです。

浴室のツーンとする匂いには閉口しました。最近はこういう匂いのするビジネスホテルは滅多になくなったので、驚きです。清掃の仕方を考え直した方がいいと思います。宅急便の発送に対応してくれたスタッフの方の親切さに好感が持てただけに残念です。名鉄の名が泣きますね。
