Good location and value

The staff were helpful and polite, hotel is close to a subway and train line which is why I chose it. Lots of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Underground onsite parking for a very reasonable rate. Some of the staff can speak English, although I do speak Japanese. My only issue was with the bed’s comforter/duvet- it was very thin and felt like it was plastic coated. I’m sure it’s easy to keep clean but I found it uncomfortable for sleeping.

朝食のバイキングがとても美味しかったです。自分の好みの味でしたから、安心致しました。スタッフの挨拶も気持ちよく、対応がとても良かったてす。しかし一点、携帯の充電ケーブルが備え付けて無かったので、そこが、えっ！！と思いました………笑携帯は、常に使いたいので、備えて有ると助かります。宜しくお願い致します。

歴史あるホテルですから客室の設備はそれなりです。しかし、従業員の方々のサービスは老舗ホテルの高いレベルですし、千種駅に至近ですから名駅ほか名古屋市内への移動にも便利です。名古屋での快適な滞在が期待できるお勧めしたいホテルです。
