Overall a great stay... Staff sometimes is rather inefficient and their processes take a good while to complete. Hotel is in a very central location with many restaurants and bars a short walk away. For whatever reason the hotel was full with families with their young kids...

Very clean and high end hotel with nice and handy amenities such as swimming pool and bathing. Buffets at the main floor are somewhat pricey. The area is slightly far from the main shopping areas. Great views from the room windows.

Central location with great staff. Buffet and restaurant were better than expected. Draw back would be air conditioning in room. Very hot in city and air conditioning could not keep up. I called and they sent up a fan. Only there for two nights and it was hot entire time.

Very clean hotel with interior style similar to that of the U.S., which means it also has a normal sized tub for someone over 6’, and the location is perfect with Donki around the corner and an awesome yakiniku next to it.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were fantastic. In particular I had a small issue and staff member Futaba Koyama smoothed things out and gave me a gift. Nagoya was not place I thought I would want to return, but the hotel and its staff make me miss it.

The people in Japan never cease to amaze me with their friendliness, politeness, and exceptional hospitality.
