The hotel is very nice, and the hotel room is great and spacious with excellent bathrooms. The location is a little sketchy - but it is within walking distance of the metro rails and there is a great Korean Chicken spot around the corner that is super!
The staff and amenities were amazing, the room however and floor seemed incredibly disgusting with stains all over the carpet in and outside the room, as well as a smell that lingered in the room.
Property was clean, safe and quiet, rooms are small if travelling as a family of 4,but we only stayed 2 nights so it was fine, property is modern with nice bathroom and facilities
As a multi generation traveling on a once in a life time trip this was a great place to stay. Very clean and very modern. The only suggestion is have a list of local restaurants with locations
Our family room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was an easy walk from the station with many restaurants close by. Staff were unobtrusive and helpful. Would stay again when next visit Nagoya.
Spacious room with kitchen with cooking and dining utensils. Washing machine and dryer in the bathroom are of great convenient to family travellers too:)
i stayed in room 703 with 3 other friends, it's a very spacious room, with 4 double beds. everything in the room is great.
10-15mins step-free walk from Nagoya station, it's fine for us as we didn't have a lot of luggage.
About a 15 minutes walk away from Nagoya Station but it's nice quiet place in a residential neighborhood. Pleasantly surprised with the size of the room.
Nice hotel. Staff didn't speak much English but we got by with some single words in each language and Google Translate. Quiet location, but reasonably close to Nagoya and Taiko-dori stations for getting around. Good enough kitchenette with a big enough fridge for us to store five days worth of food and drink. Nice TV. Very convenient to have three beds in the room so my kids didn't have to share.
Clean and very spacious. There was a washer in the room even detergent.
Everything was great! Only problem we had was the washer was just a washer, not washer/dryer. We had to take our laundry to coin laundry to dry.

The staff was not friendly, rooms were not serviced on day 2. No tea or coffee and if you needed more towels you had to go to front desk. No food availability at hotel.
