The hotel is amazing... Feels brand new and spacious. Closed by to so many shops, transportation yet so quiet. Love the art pieces that slide open to windows. Love that the shower area is also a dryer for your clothes. We would stay here again. It was perfect.

We booked the Africa family room. It was a good size and the kids loved the large number of cuddly toys in the room (giraffe, gorilla, crocodile, lion and others!). Hotel was located in a side street full of bars so it was noisy outside but not inside. Short walk to train connections and the Nagoya tower.

Great for Long Term Stay w/Family

Clean, staff all very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect for family of 4. Central location. Amenities amazing. Would stay again for long term. For a short stay in Nagoya however, I would avoid, especially on weekends as street in front gets full of drunk people and bar workers calling customers in. Most surrounding buildings are filled with small bars and adult massage parlors (there are many normal massage salons and cafes, restaurants too). Lots of undercover cops as well so it's safe, but it's not a street you want your kids walking down.

We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe.

今回、友達4人と宿泊しました。チェックイン前に荷物を預けて行動しました。荷物は部屋に入れててもらったので、帰って来てから持ち運ばずにすみ楽でした。 チェックインもアウトも全てタブレットで入力でした。スタッフの方が丁寧に教えてくれるので、困らずにスムーズに出来ました。 受付のそばに、部屋着やアメニティがあるので、必要なだけ持って行くようになっています。コーヒー好きな私は、沢山の種類があるので嬉しかったです。 部屋は、動物のぬいぐるみがあり、電気をつける前にびっくり！しました。(少し怖い)笑 部屋は、とても綺麗です。お風呂とトイレが別なので、有り難かったです。 冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・オーブントースター・ドリンクマシン・ドライヤー・TV・加湿器付き空気清浄機等があって、便利でした。お水も、水素水・浄水を作る機械が付いていて、とても良かったです。 お風呂も広くて、ゆっくり入れました。 ベッドも、体も痛くならず、広さも充分でした。荷物はひとつずつ離れるソファーの上で、それぞれ広げられました。 お化粧する時に、TV横に鏡があると良いのになと思いました。(4人同時にするとして) 歯磨きする時に、流し台があるので、混み合わずに出来、そこも良かったです。 ただ、友達のベッドに他のお客さんのであろう髪の毛があったので、清掃-1とさせて頂きます。 ホテルの周辺が、繁華街なので、道路が汚く、カラスも沢山居ました。でも、夜はホテルのドアを暗証番号で開けるようになっているので、セキュリティは安心出来ました。 総合的には、おすすめのホテルです。 お世話になりました。大人数の宿泊の時に、またお世話になりたいです！

広々としていて機能的でした。湯船も家庭のお風呂のようでリラックスできましたし、フットマッサージ機もあり滞在は快適でした。 ただ、近隣は歓楽街のようで、客引きがたくさんたむろしています。通る道を気をつければ、だいぶ回避できます。
