部屋で仕事中に急に大きな音が聞こえたため、部屋の交換をお願いした。即対応いただけたことは良かったが、フロントと電話中に急に音が止まったことを伝えたら、「エアコンを切ったか」と聞かれ、「はい」と答えたら、「今度の部屋は静かだから安心してください」と言われた。問題があることがわかっているなら、最初から静かな部屋を案内してほしい。また、外観と違い、部屋の内装は古く、タオルも黄ばんでいるのが気になった。

f1 기간에 숙박했습니다. 나고야역과 가까워서 좋고, 1층에 로손 편의점도 있어서 좋습니다. 다소 낡았지만 적당히 청결했고 수압과 배수가 굉장히 좋았습니다.

いままで泊まったことのある、京都駅前、松山、金沢にくらべると、施設が古めでメイク落としなどのアメニティはなかったのが残念でした。 駅前の大通沿いで下にはコンビニもあるため大変便利でしたが、そのかわり夜も車の音などは気になりました（宿泊階によるかもしれません。当方は2階宿泊だったため） 部屋の中にPanasonicのマッサージチェアがあったので、活用させていただきました。

A bit Dirty

Our room was a bit dirty when we arrived for check in. The hangers were dusty, head board dusty too. Pillows a bit dusty as well but I did mention to the front desk. Housekeeping kept it clean afterwards.
