Amazing hotel that is conveniently located in between Nagoya Station and Sakae Station. Mega Don Quixote store next door. Lots of great amenities especially for female travelers.

very comfortable rooms and beds, plenty of space for japanese style hotel rooms. connecting rooms were particularlu useful with travelling with a group. the bath was wonderful after full days of walking around the city.

It is our second time in this hotel. The area, hotel, amenities, public bath, rental area are always exceptional.. we will keep coming back to this hotel everytime we are in nagoya.. we were on the 11th floor and easy accessible to the laundry area..

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk away from any metro station, which is probably the only down side in terms of location. Overall our stay in hotel is super pleasant. Staff are super nice and helpful. Rooms are clean. They helped us arrange our two rooms side by side, which made it easy for us. The public bath house is also clean and has all amenities we need for a clean bath. The hot water tub is kept at 41.5 degrees, which is hot and refreshing.

Definitely a highlight of our journey. I had 2 rooms reserved, both rooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Unique and pretty decor and theme colour. A supermarket right next to the hotel, one place stop to shop for everything. Great for family ! Will stay there again if we’re going back to Nagoya

Stubborn staff, perhaps not fluid.

The parking was full, so i parked at the loading zone to unload my luggage and my wife and kids. They insist i go find a parking spot somewhere before i can check-in. So my wife and kids waited half an hour in the lobby so i can i park my car. They could of let me check-in and let my family into the room so i can take my time finding parking. It would have been another 2 minute. There was NO one else waiting that time or at the loading area. We drove 5 hours to get to the hotel. Later on i saw another customer vehicle stayed there all night at the loading zone. Staff also speak absolutely no english.

Very spacious room at a very reasonable rate. Walking distance 10min to Fushimi-Shop station. There is a donki and 711 just down stair. Highly recommended

館内は清潔でとても綺麗で、朝食も美味しかったです。またスタッフさんの対応も良かったのですが、 ３日前に移動式ベッドをつけてもらえるのか電話で確認していたにもかかわらず予約人数が違っていて受付時間がかなりかかってしまったのは残念でした。

宿泊した客室のドアはエレベーターホールから丸見え。安全性の面で気になった。今回は出張のため利用したが、机がせまく、椅子も背もたれがないので、長時間のデスクワークには適さない。駅から少しはなれているが、不便ではなかった。女性一人客が安全に泊まれるよう、また部屋で快適に仕事ができるよう改善いただけるとありがたい。

部屋の内装がとても可愛くてテンションがあがります。大浴場もあるけど部屋風呂がセパレートで助かりました。最寄り駅から思ったよりちょっと遠かったです。その代わりホテルの周りは静かでした。

ホテルの前に駐車場があり（20台あるかないか）で、停められない時はホテルの裏側にも大きな駐車場がありそこにも停めることが出来ます。 チェックインした時に、駐車場代1200円と宿泊料金を先に払うシステムです。後はカードキーを機械で必要枚数発行します。 ホテルの部屋はとても綺麗です。 一階に男性の大浴場、14階に女性専用大浴場があります。 ホテルの前にセブンイレブン。隣にはドンキがあって買い忘れやちょっと何か欲しい時にはすごく便利です。 朝食もバイキング式で美味しかったです。 また、名古屋に行く際は利用したいと思います。
