Stay with a small kid, this hotel provides items for kids like kids size slippers, toothbrush and body wash sponges. We received service like grab snacks as much as possible on Saturday event. Big bath room was really helpful to stay with kids.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nagoya, friendly and helpful staffs. Just the room is abit small, there is no room to fully open the middle size luggage, however consider this is Japan, small room might be the norm.

Very friendly staff and nice lobby when being welcomed! Spa was ok more like a wide sized jacuzzi. I don’t mind the Apa chain and familiar with the small rooms yet nice amenities, but almost ever one I seem to stay at has a very strong odor of mold in the washroom and could see visible black spots around the door. Would be a much better stay if they had a serious clean every week or atleast once a month you can tell it’s been building up for quite some time. Other than that was nice and close to train station

Even though the hotel is very close to the train station the trains do not make too much noise or affect sleeping. The room has great sound and light insulation. There is a hot bath area on the second floor. The vending machines in and directly in front of the hotel didn't have the best drink selection but a Lawsons convenience store is right around the corner. Getting to Nagoya Station (South entrance / Shinkansen) takes about 7 minutes and in 2 more minutes (North side of station) you have access to the subway system which is very efficient for getting around. The single rooms are a bit on the small side but I had no problems placing my luggage fully opened without getting in the way.

FALSE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF JUST PAST MIDNIGHT. EVERYONE MADE WAY TO STREET LEVEL. NO STAFF CAME OUTSIDE TO ADVISE GUESTS. WAITED OUTSIDE WITH CROWD. GUESTS WENT BACK IN OF OWN ACCORD AFTER BEING GIVEN NO UPDATES FROM STAFF. FOUND A STAFF MEMBER AT 2ND FLOOR OF EMERGENCY USE ONLY STAIRS OFFERING BOW AND APOLOGY. NOTHING SHARED OR POSTED NEXT DAY. RUINED OUR SLEEP. ELEVATORS EXPERIENCE WAS WORST. ONLY 2 TINY ELEVATORS FOR ENTIRE HOTEL. TOOK WAY TOO LONG ALMOST EVERY RIDE. AND, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE STAIRS AT ALL. EVEN ON 3RD FLOOR, WE HAD TO WAIT OVER 3 ELEVATOR RIDES TO GET GOING FOR THE DAY. TOOK 10 MINUTES TO GET 1 FLOOR DOWN TO DO LAUNDRY. ONLY 2 MACHINES IN LADIES BATH. TOOK 2.5 HOURS TO DO A LOAD. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN. CHECK IN TOOK LONG. SOME STAFF DO NOT KNOW ENGLISH AND DO NOT USE TRANSLATORS. BRUSHED ME OFF WHEN COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SAYING (I KNOW JAPANESE, SO I COULD UNDERSTAND STAFF'S MUMBLING). MADE ME SIGN DOCUMENT TO RETRIEVE LOST SOCK LEFT IN LAUNDRY ROOM.
