The staff was friendly and did their best to explain things regardless of their English level. The area around the hotel was not the best at night due to the surrounding clubs. However, we were very close to a number of areas to shop, sightsee, and get food.

I didn’t know that this was located in a poor part of town with bars with red light district feel. I definitely did not feel safe walking alone. The hotel staff was professional as they can be and the rooms were okay but the bathroom was not very spacious.

大浴場や朝食会場が40秒離れたアパホテル栄店で、周辺はホスト店が沢山あり、夜外出するのが怖かった。朝も外国人が多くウロウロしていて治安は最悪でした。 大浴場期待していたのに残念です。

朝食が隣のホテルだったのを知らずに朝食付きにしたが、隣に異動するのが面倒で結局使わなかった 枕が固くて首が疲れたそう 保護者がエレベーターで部屋まで同行するのも許されなかった 周りがホストクラブが多く外国人も多く 学校のスクーリングで子供だけの宿泊だったため心配だった

ホスト街の為、周辺環境に難あり、各種アクセスは良い

ホスト街にあるホテルなので、家族で行く場合には注意が必要。 夕方に車で前を通ると大量のカラス(鳥)に絡まれた、駐車場は徒歩3分ぐらいの距離に提携駐車場(1500円)あり。 大浴場に入りたい場合は、東館ではなく、徒歩1分の本館の方へ行く必要がある。 すぐ裏手に、世界の山ちゃんの本店があったり、オアシス21や栄駅も近いので便利。

衛生管理

すぐに予約できたのは、良かったです。 ただ、15:00にチェックインしてすぐ、入室しようとすると掃除中で入室出来なかったのは残念です。すぐ別の部屋を用意してもらえたので、良かったですが、今後ないようにして頂きたいです。 そして、部屋のベッドの隅、引き出し付近、備え付けの書物に埃が残っており不快でした。 外国人さんが清掃？のようでしたが、キチンと掃除頂きたいです。
