The building was super easy to locate and always come back to. Conveniently near a station, and pretty area to walk around. Found good shops/food near by.
We’ve really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very comfortable. Sweet staff and great location! Everything is within a 20 minute walk/train ride. Would love to stay here again!
the room had both a table and a dresser that had a fridge under which is usually combined and so that was nice. There seemed to be more room than most standard rooms in Japan which was a nice change toward the trail end of our trip. There is an alarm on the door which is reassuring and most of all they are very accommodating of handicap as they put a small stool in the shower. Very accommodating and hospitable and had cereal and tea for breakfast included. Although I didn’t use the service, you could also borrow bikes which I think is a great way to explore the city. I would definitely recommend here.
It lived up to its name, accessible to shops, convenience store, subway station, bus stop, restaurants and bars. Very good location yet not the busy type so it’s quiet and peaceful.
Really nice hotel. The room was a nice size for 2 people, but if you have any bigger luggage it might be a bit hard to store them. I just had small luggages our backpacks, so it was great.
This hotel is amazing 👍. All the receptionist is very kind and helpful. The location is amazing, near Sakae Street (Shopping Street), near Subway Station. And they even gave free rental bike which is great cause Nagoya has a flat lane, so it was fun to bike riding in Nagoya. Will comeback again to this hotel if I come back to Nagoya 👍👍👍

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Liked everything about the property except finding a cockroach in the room.
The staff were super helpful, and went above and beyond to make the experience wonderful.
Helpful staff
Good location
More spacious than the average hotel room
- The room layout made it so that the shower, toilet, and sink are somehow separate from the bedroom itself and away from the room's heater
- Room clean-up schedule seems to be in the mid-afternoon. On one of the days during our stay, we had a full morning and decided to retreat to the room after lunch for a quick nap but found that the room had not yet been freshend up. A minor gripe, all things considered.
Room was nice but quite small. No wardrobe; just hangers on the wall. No place to leave suitcases open; had to open them each time on the bed.
Breakfast wasn't a buffet and lacked options you'd see in many hotels, though what was provided was nice.
Had to eat breakfast in the room as there was no seating in the breakfast room.
Was fine for us though as we only stayed 2 nights and were out all day.
Located next to Oasis 21 and NHK building. Making it easy to take the train or walk around Sakae. Family mart and 7-11 within 5 mins walk helps with midnight cravings
Right in the heart of Nagoya, and easily walkable to shopping areas. We had a Japanese friend to translate but the staff speaks English so it would be a great option for foreigners as well.
