Only a few minutes’ walk from the JR Railway Station and easy to find the hotel. It has a spacious and impressive lobby and comfortable lounge. Clean and comfortable room with very friendly and professional staff. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

The Global view is a great luxury hotel. The room we had was very luxeriuos and was divided into two different parts: living & sleeping. It was clean and perfect. The hotel sports a caffe which provides excellent cappuccino and very good cakes and pastry. From the two high quality restaurants we chose to have dinner at the Japanese restaurant. The sushi chef & the kitchen provided us with high quality sashimi and sushi and hot dishes. The staff at the resumption desk was very friendly and welcoming. The parking garage provides convenient parking space. The Electric Tramway stops literally at the side entrance and provides transportation to most touristic sites. The Ropeway is in only a 20 minutes walking distance.

Excellent stay - are is right in between the two sections of tourist attractions in the city, 15 minute walk to the ropeway. The new onsen is amazing - hands down the best onsen I've seen in a non-onsen city. They also had a crib for our 9 month old - free of charge - which was very nice!

Convenient and near Nagasaki station and bus stop. Furnishing looks rather old but we are alright with it. Room is big and spacious. Staff are very helpful.

Only a few staff spoke English. No one helped to come to the lobby to help us with our luggage when we drove up to the lobby. Only after going to the counter a couple of times did we get help Otherwise stay was comfortable

Great location and nice big room for 3

The room was spacious for 3 pax with 3 separate beds. We had a northern view of the valley in the direction of the atomic museum. It’s a business hotel, so it has high standards of service. Staff do understand English but don’t speak it well, so may have some communication issues. It’s possible to walk from the train station but a taxi ride would cost just 670yen, so may be worth if you are tired. The location is between the train station and the northern attractions such as the museum and other things related to the atomic bombing. There is also a very nice shopping mall called Cocowalk. They all accessible by trams or walking (all within 2km). The hotel is also connected to a 24hr Family Mart which was really convenient too.

Excellent location, excellent view, great room! Very nice and big public bath. Breakfast in the 15th floor was great. The chef will also cook something specifically vegetarian if you ask the front desk staff to add the "vegetarian stamp" to your breakfast vouchers - although there's plenty of vegetarian food from the buffet as well :)

Nice large room, amenities, 10 minute walk from main station and right by a tram stop. You will definitely want to use the tram to get to a more vibrant part of town. Would probably stay here again if in town!

The hotel is about 10 mins walk from Nagasaki station - easiest option is to go out the West exit, turn right and continue walking straight, cross the road (walking past the car park) and continue going until you get to the underpass then cross the road and turn right (walking under the underpass and turn left at the end and straight on (walking over a little bridge) and the hotel is on the right side of the road. The hotel is also literally next to a tram stop, so convenient for exploring the city if you don't want to walk. The room is very spacious and the single twin beds were each small doubles. Going into the hotel lobby is like stepping back in time with a huge grand piano and plenty of seating. This is a vintage hotel with all the trimmings. The staff were great, we arrived too early to check in so left our luggage with them while we went exploring, when we got back it had already been moved into the room. It's not the most modern room and the bathroom could do with updating, but all the basics were there. Nice PJs were provided. There was even a separate section in the room bin for plastic bottles. There is a 24hr Family Mart downstairs, so great for stocking up on snacks. The onsen is large and can fit about 30 people, just remember to take your own towels from the room. Breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and Western dishes (vouchers provided at check-in) and best of all a good selection of fresh fruit.
