Wonderful hotel. Rooms terrific, very spacious. Some rooms overlooking the football stadium. Loved watching them relay the new turf for the upcoming football season. Great restaurants, bit pricey, but you’ll enjoy eating at “eggs n things”. Tram station just outside the hotel - easy ride to the places to visit. Pool is brilliant, overlooking the pitch. We’d love to come back again.

This hotel is centrally located with a number of restaurants in the hotel or close by. The bar on the 14th floor has a lovely atmosphere and a great view of the city. The family room was huge and the staff were very helpful.

Fantastic hotel! Most spacious rooms in Japan. Beautifully appointed. Spectacular views over a tremendous new stadium. Greta gym, beautiful infinity pool and hot tub with stadium views. Lots of great places to eat. One of my all time favourites.

Very amazing experience staying next to a stadium. Our room overlooking the hills and our breakfast is beside the stadium which you can access in. Staff is excellent, the onsen is excellent, the room is amazing and the kids loved it so much. My kids are still talking about it ♥️. Thank you very much. 話題の施設で期待値も大きかったのですが、施設の満足度はそれをはるかに上回るものでした。スタジアムビューですが観戦には適さないという部屋でしたが、この部屋からも充分に観戦が楽しめるのではないかと感じました。枕も数種類をお貸しいただき快適に寝ることができました。 一方で従業員育成はこれからどんどん進化していくのではないかと。エクスプレスチェックアウトなどの簡素化できる部分と、高齢層にも対応できるより丁寧なコンシェルジュ機能などの使い分けが必要かと思いました。チェックアウト時のエレベーター、および、フロントでの待ち時間は高い満足度を最後に少し落とすものでした。 また、駐車場の導線や仕組みも不可解でした。デザイン的に抵抗があったかもしれませんが、一般道からの入口には大きなサインが１つあれば解決できると思います。また、出庫時にはＱＲコードを書いた紙を渡されるのですが、その紙をかざしても開かないことが３度もありました。ナンバーと宿泊者情報を同期するなどの対応を望みます。 最後にジャパネットですので、施設内の備品すべてを買える仕組みを導入するのも面白いと思います。

チェックインが遅くなり、隣の立体駐車場への移動をしたが、非常にわかりづらかった。何かの工夫が必要と思慮。思った以上に施設が充実しており、事前にもう少し紹介して欲しかった。プールやサウナを利用してみたかったが、安く購入できる水泳パンツなど売って欲しい。早く入って利用したかった。

スタジアムが見える部屋に宿泊しました。試合がない日でしたが、ベランダからの眺めはスタジアム全体が見えるとても開放的で明るい部屋でした。稲佐山もバッチリ見えます！部屋も綺麗で十分な広さがあります。スタッフさんも明るく丁寧で気持ちよく過ごせました。 大浴場は細長い湯船が一つで脱衣所は屋外プールの利用者と共用です。脱衣所のロッカーの鍵はダイヤル式で物理の鍵がありませんので、ロッカー番号を忘れないようにする必要があります。
