この度は宿泊ありがとうございました！　年末年始という事で、年越しをハウステンボスに行かせていただき、帰宅時間が深夜になったにも関わらず親切に対応して頂きすごく助かりました！部屋からの眺めもすごく綺麗でとても良かったです！

夜景がとても綺麗に見えて最高でした！！ また、大浴場もあり友達とゆっくり話しながら浸かることが出来、とてもリラックス出来ました！ また、市街地へのアクセスもよく、全てが最高でした！！

受付の人の印象は、淡々と仕事をこなし、ただ早く終わらせたいという印象 駐車場スペースが限られ、車の鍵をフロントに預ける必要があります。 ただ、ドアマンは気さくで印象がいいです。 料金には見合わないと思いました。

宿泊前の電話での問い合わせをした時、不誠実な言葉の対応でした。当日、チェックインの時も笑顔なくの対応に唖然。鍵をあけて入室して暗い部屋にまたまた、唖然。壁に掛けてある額が斜めで唖然。朝食も料金を支払っているのに貧相で美味しくなかったです。最悪のホテルでした。

価格面で選んだので、期待はしていませんでしたが、広くて布団のシーツも清潔でお風呂も良かったです。いかんせん、ホテルの入り口からフロントまでが遠く、其の間ゴチャゴチャしていたのが少々残念でした。

第一晚房間冷氣不夠凍，wifi 很弱，水壓很弱，我們要求換房，服務員説沒有房換，第二晚回來，他們幫我們轉去另一間房間，以上情況全部改善！ 服務員不懂英文，溝通困難！ 房間很舊！

　長崎市内を一望できる眺望は良いですね。その代償として、バス(長崎駅前まで片道150円)が1時間に2本というのが適当か否か意見が分かれるでしょう。稲佐橋あたりから歩いて登れる感じではありませんでしたね。部屋を出る時やフロントで、もたついたためにバスが出てしまって30分待ち、なんて1日に1回は経験しましたから（私の問題ですか(笑)?）サービスは良かったと思います。リラックスして過ごせました。
