“Muy bonito hotel nos gustó mucho ”

“We ended up having to extend our stay due to illness and the staff (particularly the two ladies at the front desk) were super helpful and flexible. The food was very good, including room service which we used a lot as we recovered. The location is very nice as are the views. The staff were also great with housekeeping items such as tissues and water. Our only minor issue was with the state of the shower / tub as it is due for a refresh. But, overall, very minor. Highly recommend this hotel..”

Ponia que habia albornoces en la habitacion y solo habia dos toallas muy viejas y el baño tambien era muy viejo y deteriorado. Al pagar con tarjeta me cargaron un 3.75% mas. Reserve el hotel porque ofrecia habitaciones con vistas a las montañas y si es cierto, solo que estuvo todo en rato con niebla y las montañas me las...

“Stayed 5/29/2026. Had reserved/paid for deluxe room- they were overbooked and was offered tiny rooms without any views. Property faces opposite direction of Mountains- so no mountain view from room. I The facility was short staffed. Dishes was left on lawns and outdoor table. Left over food and dirty dishes were scattered on lawn and outdoor furniture. Breakfast was Indian style and horrible.”

“I booked my stay at serene resort online, approximately 4-5 days in advance, using an online travel company. I called approximately one hour before arriving at the hotel for my scheduled stay and the manager told me he canceled my reservation. The manager had very limited Ability to communicate in English. “Absolutely no view of any mountains while I was here (wrong time of year?). Dining was better just down the road. Internet didn’t work. Nothing much to do or see. ”

“If you like to have your own quiet time this is the place. The Hotel owner and the manager (suraj) was very nice and very cooperative. Though the property does not have any Room heater we managed the cold night with 2 blankets! WiFI was really good and phone signal was fine. The hotel was on the valley and beautiful view. We have enjoyed our stay.”
