Room was clean and serviceable but basic. View from the room was lovely - forested area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more Asian in style than Western, although there were Western offerings.

スタッフの方は親切丁寧です。大浴場は狭いので人が集中してしまうと洗い場がつかえなくなるかもで、温度はぬるめでした。部屋はツインでも広めでゆっくり過ごせます。室内着もきちんと用意されて女性も館内気にせず歩く事ができます。朝食はバイキングで、席に着くいたら和の惣菜が個別に出てくるサービスです。おすすめのホテルです。

客室、施設とも清潔で快適でした。アメニティも過不足なく、ちょうど良く感じました。部屋の窓は森林で気持ち良い眺めでした。森の中の可愛いホテルという感じです。フロントの外国人スタッフの方はもう少し自然な日本語を頑張ってくれたら最高でした。頑張って👍

スタッフはとても親切で部屋は清潔で広々としていました。氷点下で寒い日でしたが、部屋のエアコンだけでなく追加でオイルヒーターを用意してくださいました。台湾からの団体客があると事前に電話連絡してくれました。以前に団体客と一緒は嫌というお客さんがいたからだろうです。そういう心遣いも何だか嬉しかったです。レストランは利用していません。近くのハコニワ食堂というレストランを予約しました。大変美味しかったです。

大浴場の露天風呂が使用できなかったのは、残念でした。建物のレイアウトは古くカンジましたが、部屋•廊下共に綺麗にされていました。また、スタッフは日本人ではないが、優しい心遣いでした。。。この観光地に来たならば、ゆっくり話すような心を持たなければと思った瞬間でした。

夜、外食すると、夜道が真っ暗で、車でも、歩行でも土地勘がない者にとってはこわいです。また、予約ができないので、かなり待たされます。ホテルの食事はおいしいですが、何が出てくるのかメニューがないので戸惑いました。部屋は木々に囲まれ、涼しく、体を休めることができました。

気持ちの良いホテルでした。

チェックインの対応がスムーズでした。お部屋の案内も分かりやすくカードキーを2枚頂けて便利でした。お部屋、お風呂の清潔が行き届いていて気持ち良かったです。ベッドも広くて快適でした。女性のお風呂は暗証番号にて入室でセキュリティを考えて下さっている面は良かったですが番号を忘れそうで紙を持ち歩きました😅 夕飯朝飯とても美味しかったです。ノンアルがなかった事が残念でした。周りで飲みホで飲んでる方が羨ましかったです。旅行での宿泊でしたがビジネスホテルで大浴場もあり食事も夕飯朝飯付いてのお値段は大変コスパが良く大満足でした。善光寺からもそんなに離れてなくて便利。今後もルートインさんを利用したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

付近にある仕事で利用させていただきました。部屋は清潔感があるとてもきれいな部屋です。犬と一緒に泊まれる部屋ではなかったのですが、周りの部屋からの鳴き声も全く聞こえない程、閑静な場所でゆっくり身体を癒す事が出来、良かったです。

スタッフの方がとても気さくな方たちで良かった。ホテル自体そんなに広くもないのですが全体に古い感じもありましたが清潔にされてて快適でした。ベッドのマットが柔らかかったので少し寝にくかった。普段固めなので慣れるまで… 2食付きでした、夕食はすき焼きだったのですがお腹いっぱい食べました、お肉も野菜も美味しい。キャベツはここでしか食べれない契約農家さんの限定キャベツで柔らかく甘みがありました。周辺は何も無いのでコンビニに寄ってから来ることをおすすめします。駐車場はすぐ目の前で無料です。
