Everything was fine. Included breakfast was excellent. We loved the auto rice dispenser. They even had nice to go containers and bags at breakfast. It is a traditional breakfast buffet. The location was very convenient to train station, restaurants, Don Quiote...lol. Room was quiet and very clean. The only thing we didn't like was that we reserved for four people, one of which included a child, but they only had 3 sets of towels. They gave us two extra complimentary pillows but would not give us additional towels without playing a fee. Disappointing for sure.

Convenient but small room.

It was comfortable enough but the room was small and we had to be creative to fit in our 2 luggages. Front office was efficient but not necessarily friendly. Included breakfast was good even if it ends fairly early at 8:45 am. Convenient as it was near the Nagano Station.

Very basic business hotel. Noisy as you could hear other guests in there rooms and hallway. Bed was uncomfortable and room only cleaned once during a 5 night stay. Breakfast was good but dining area was always crowded . Reception staff friendly but catered more and I the business guests than tourist. Location is fantastic with station and bus terminal near buy and an easy walk to most of Nagano city.

Great Place! Bad Laundry.

Generally very positive. Easy check-in and check-out with helpful staff (not a lot of English, but enough). Bathroom was great, good pressure and heat and the bath-tub was well-big enough for a 6ft man to bathe in (albeit taking a good while to fill up.) The main caveat during our stay was that the hotel only has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, which made for a long, tricky and frustrating evening as the hotel is reasonably large.

We had a very good stay, everything was very clean, and the breakfast was included. There is a laundry station there, and that was very helpful. The only reason I took off one star is because the bed and pillows are so hard and uncomfortable. But everything else was great :).
