Convenient but small room.

It was comfortable enough but the room was small and we had to be creative to fit in our 2 luggages. Front office was efficient but not necessarily friendly. Included breakfast was good even if it ends fairly early at 8:45 am. Convenient as it was near the Nagano Station.

Very basic business hotel. Noisy as you could hear other guests in there rooms and hallway. Bed was uncomfortable and room only cleaned once during a 5 night stay. Breakfast was good but dining area was always crowded . Reception staff friendly but catered more and I the business guests than tourist. Location is fantastic with station and bus terminal near buy and an easy walk to most of Nagano city.

My son and I just gave up the free breakfast. 6:30 am starting but the people just lined up all the way to the exit door. Such a joke. Also the female receiptionist was not friendly telling up check in was 4pm. We arrived 3pm and the front desk male person did not tell us not to check intill 4pm. After we were done, she came over and told us afterward.

最上階で綺麗なお部屋を使わせていただきました。ドライヤー以外にヘアアイロンも使えて、それも、リファです！お部屋のシャワーヘッドも、リファで感激でしたが、ちょっと水圧が弱かったのが、残念でしたが、美味しい朝食も込み込み、リーズナブル、駅近、クーポンなどロビーに置かれていて、とても助かりました。長野観光の際には、また利用したいです。
