Not much English spoken, but the people are very kind and very patient. Shinonoi is a quiet, cool town. I liked my stay for a rest from the big cities.

急な変更で一泊することになり急遽予約しました。全体的に古い作りではあるけれど、清潔感があり変な匂いもなく部屋自体は良いかと思います。通りに出てすぐにファミマがあり便利。

共同温泉はありません。かわりに入浴剤をいただけます。カビが気になります。空気清浄機の水タンク蓋にもカビ。空気清浄機とエアコンの音が気になります。朝食は可もなく不可もなくです。冬始めでも布団が寒かったです。スタッフさんは悪くない印象ですが凄く良いというわけでもありません。

毎年利用してます

毎年スキーの為に数泊の滞在。駐車場は無料車高の高い車でも停めれるから大変良い。朝食が6時45分からなので食べてからスキー場へ出かけるとキツイ！ 6時からの朝食になればありがたい。あと、布団が薄くて寒い事が気になったしかし駅も近いし料金含め利用しやすいおすすめ出来るホテルです。

自転車での旅行中に利用しました。当初1の到着予定を変更して12時30分ごろのチェックインでしたが、笑顔で対応頂きました。また自転車を玄関から中へ入れる際にもお手伝いくださり、助かりました。

善光寺に近く今年出来たばかりの天然温泉も近いです。

応対や接客や言葉使いも良かったです。温泉に入りたいと言うとホテル近くの今年出来たばかりの天然温泉を紹介してくれました。外で食事と温泉へ出かけホテルに帰ったのは夜中１２時頃でした。それでも明日の観光地を聞くと嫌な顔一つせず地図も出して教えてくれました。有難たかったです。でも最初ホテルに着いた時の女性スタッフの方にはガッカリしました。ホテルの手続きを済ませ部屋へ入ると電気が付かず携帯ライトを使い部屋の電話からロビーに連絡入れると「入り口のドア近くに鍵を入れる穴があります。そこに鍵を入れると電気が付きます。説明不足ですみません。」はぁ〜❗️幾ら忙しいとしても基本的な事だけは伝えてもらいたいです。それだけがマイナスでした。

清潔なホテル

篠ノ井駅から数分のところで、比較的便利です。朝食はバイキングで、温かい食事をおいしくいただきました。駐車は予約なしで、無料です。お早めに到着するのがよさそうです。篠ノ井は長野、松代に近いですから、旅行の機会がありましたら、ぜひとも、お立ち寄りいただき体験してください。

朝食に満足

ごく普通のビジネスホテルでしたが朝食が美味しくお腹いっぱい頂きました。部屋も適度な広さで快適でした。あえてリクエストするなら掛け布団がもう少し厚いともっと寝心地が良いかな。もちろんエアコンが良く効いていますから寒い事は無いのですが好みの問題ですね。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

お泊りスキー

昨年と同様年末年始のスキーライフに利用させてもらいました。スキー場までのアクセスが良く、1時間余りで行けるところがとても良いです。白馬村、志賀高原、野沢温泉村とあちこち行き楽しませて頂きました。

スキー場へのアクセスが良い

暮れの29日から5泊してスキーを楽しみました。寝泊まりができれば他に望むものは要らないと考えていたので、十分な設備、サービス(朝食は美味しかったです)に満足です。が、コインランドリーが1台しか無く他のお客さんを待たせてしまいました。

駅からも近いしコンビニへも徒歩２分くらいです。ただベッドがすごく固くて驚きました。好みももちろんあるかと思いますが、あまり快眠はできませんでした。
