BEWARE OF PIN CODE

Friendly lady at the reception. Problems with PIN code based access that they change during your stay, and don’t inform about the new code so you can not get in during unmanned hours of the reception (which is all the time almost). Could not call number provided because of non-mobile roaming blocking the only option to get help. If implementing a PIN based access system, it must work so the code can not be changed until all current guests have been CONFIRMED to have been informed. They should be paying me money back for this clumsy experience.

Flink, imødekommende og humoristisk kvinde i receptionen. Fint og rent værelse med gode senge. Hotellet har en super beliggenhed midt i bykernen. Det bærer præg af at være et gammelt hotel, men har stadig charme.

Hyggeligt hotel. Gammelt, men det var også forventet. Morgenmaden var fin. Der var meget koldt på værelset dog. Vi spiste på restauranten om aftenen, og selvom maden var ok. Så var støjen pga den dårlige akustik faktisk ret forstyrrende. Det var enormt svært at fører en samtale og der var endda ikke fuldt hus. Ellers var det et fint ophold.

Der var is koldt på værelset også selv om vi skruede op for varmen. Morgen brødet var ikke gennem bagt og der manglede Nutella, det lune på morgenbirder var koldt.
