From the moment you arrive, staff are friendly and helpful, food is amazing and the atmosphere is relaxing and quiet and really like a home away from home. Can not recommend this resort highly enough for a peaceful getaway. The staff are amazing and make you feel like family

Good for money, dont take kids along

Breakfast and restaurant food is good, staff are very helpful. Rooms specially bathroom design is not good, water doesn't go out in sink, swimming pool is not to be used as the water is not recycled and hence not clean, bit far from city and restaurant closes at 10pm, so u will not have anything to eat if u feel hungry at night. Overall good for price and single travellers, not recommended for kids as nothing much to do .

Unpleasant stay

This resort is lacking so much. The service, food, cleaniness, beddings etc. They need a very good management to train and guide their staff. Our pillow covers looked dirty like it was not white. Beds are very low and not enough beddings for comfort. There is no lift so potters too struggle to carry the bags upstaris. Staff communation with guests is very poor. Not much choice for breakfast.

Very mouldy Bathrooms. Sink surrounding has ingrown mould in the silicone and stone benches. Very poor ventilation and Air conditioning. Drips water on floors and floors are very slippery. The swimming pool was green and algae ridden. The room menu was not available as there wasn’t any staff to facilitate this. The bar staff were so unprofessional and did not know their job. Overall it’s a nice quiet place but the rooms are very average. I would never recommend nor ever go back.
