The staff are amazing—super friendly and helpful. The view from the rooms is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking both the mountains and the seaside. The location is very convenient, with McDonald's right next door. Rooms are a decent size and comfortable. Great stay overall!

Staff were incredibly friendly and housekeeping was done everyday, so state of cleanliness was good. The hotels breakfast buffet was incredible, they served fresh fruits which was amazing. The only room for improvement would be in regards to the hotels restaurant Thyme. Some dishes from the restaurant were average but some were good. Overall, loved staying here!

I booked king size bedroom and i was offered 2 twin size bedroom instead. Receptionist was not will willing to upgrade my room by saying it was sold out. I showed my conformation for the king size room and i asked her to call the manager. She then verified my booking and gave me my room which i booked. She was nice to check me in early at 1pm instaed of 3pm. Ovwrall experienced was great. My compliment breakfast was great. I will definitely book Nalagi again.

I stayed in Nalagi a few years back and it has really gone downhill this year. I had to change my room twice because of multiple issues with the rooms i.e. the AC wasn't working, the TV wasn't working, their was a massive lizard in the room, the room reeked of sewage. The hotel staff were super helpful and nice but rooms itself were a huge disappointment. I hope that the do certain renovations in order to make the rooms better again because the location is really good, its accessible to Nadi town, the Denarau area and Nadi airport.

Generally the services were okay, wished if we had a adequate/better spread of food at the breakfast. Room was reasonably tidy and clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. However one drawback was, when I tried to shift my booking [ within the cancellation period] from 26 to the 1st April, to the 27th to the 2nd April, Expedia was not helpful at all. I was informed that the property was fully booked and to look for an alternative accommodation. This was not the case, as rooms were available and as a result, had to incur additional expense. Expedia should offer this flexibility to the travaller.
