“Place was conveniently located and very clean. We loved that they had laundry and dryer and cooking facilities as well. What could improve the place more is faster internet connection and smart TV”

“A great property. Closest resort to Demerara Port but more peaceful than the larger resorts. Clean, spacious rooms. Great balconies. Very helpful staff. Couldn’t fault the place. The only thing we had overlooked when booking that there is no lift so it was challenging for people with limited mobility however the staff assisted when required.”

“The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. There was hardly any kitchen equipment. I had to ask for pans. Rubbish was not collected and new toilet paper was not supplied. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the place is in urgent need for maintenance and a serious overhaul.”

“Ya valoré en su dia este hotel. Es un hotel pésimo con una suciedad terrible (manchas en las sabanas colchones sucios, cortinas manchadas y rotas...etc) de lo cual tenemos fotos de todo, ademas de que está muy mal gestionado. Necesitan con urgencia capacitacion de todo el personal. Por no aceptar pago con tarjeta porque la señora gerente no la daba la gana, nos hicieron pagar una parte en efectivo, quedandonos sin dinero para nuestras vacaciones. ”
