The shower in 120 was leaking. I didn’t like that the bath and shower towels were on the floor in a basket. My towel was wet when I got ready to use them. All kind of insect can crawl in the basket on the floor. The breakfast was outstanding.

We stayed here in January and returned because it was convenient and clean. Breakfast was decent with waffles cereal and yogurt but no juice, they did offer fresh fruit to, which is good, something not usually available in most places.

I’ve been staying at Comfort Inn in Nacogdoches since August 2021. Never have I had a room with half a roll of toilet paper, dirty refrigerator, and questionable bedding. Not to mention I booked a 2 night stay, the bedding wasn’t redone, no fresh towels and I left at between 2-4am. No other words but when you drive almost 6 plus hours round trip, it would have been nice to have slept more than 4 hours. I won’t be recommending this hotel again.

Conveniently located and great value for the money. From the pictures of the outside, I assumed it was a new hotel. It isn’t but is still nice and my family loved the free breakfast!

I made a reservation by online method. I requested for April 17. When I submitted the reservation, the system gave the a day after. Immediately I tried to correct it but the system didn’t allow me to correct it. I tried to cancel it but it was impossible. Any way, they charge me the fee even when I didn’t stayed there.

I had a nice check in experience and had gotten the room for a family member who was in town for a birthday. When they arrive at the party they let em know the room smelled so badly that they were not staying and would drive back to Tyler. They were going to tell management but when they were at the front the lady was already yelling at someone so they just left. Told me to get my money back on that one.
