Spent one night here. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Small word of warning - the AC is not strong enough to truly cool. In 5 hrs the temperature dropped 1c and never reached desired temperature. Would still recommend this hotel

Great place and serives

Everything was great, first we have some issue with the room with kids , Most of the rooms have glass table which was obstruction for my little one then Simon helped us and upgraded to Junior suite, which was quite comfortable for small kids to play and bigger. All the services and food was great. Will surely gonna stay in future as well.

Stayed for 3 nights at the property. Had an amazing experience from the moment I checked in to my checkout. Property was well maintained and the service provided was really good. Also the food at both restaurants were great. A big shout out to the breakfast buffet with the extensive options. Another plus point is the location of the hotel and how close it’s to all tourist destinations. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely visit again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The travel service is great and their communication is excellent. The gym was really nice too...My only compliant is there is a bit of a musty smell on the 4th floor but other than that it's great.

A very enjoyable stay

A very enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable and the hotel location was good only a few minutes by tuk tuk to the Palace. Food was excellent and good value although the drinks were a bit pricey and only had kingfisher in small bottles (need to offer 650ml).Nice pool area although sunbeds are limited usually managed to get one OK. Staff were excellent, couldn't do enough for you, although due to "cultural" differences there were sometimes misunderstandings.
