The grounds were clean but very minimal, one pool, one " hot tub", there was a lot of sitting or laying out sundeck type space. The elevators had zero ventilation and were super hot and sticky. The room was clean, the hallways and lobby areas also were very clean and staff was very kind. The beach was visible and very nice.

Room and building are a little rough for wear but clean. Outdoor area outstanding, I didn't use it but walked through on the way to the beach, but I was impressed with seating area and pool, clean and welcoming. Breakfast was fine. Front desk staff friendly. Free parking, no surprise fees. I would definitely stay again for a competitive price.

We were here last year. The beachfront rooms are excellent. You need the condo to get the large balcony, but there is room for two in the regular room. Right on top of the beach. The view is excellent. Breakfast is consistent and good. We love this old girl. She could use an upgrade, but it is kept super clean. Our bathroom sink was slow, but maintenance came right up and fixed it. Housekeeping resupplies towels and empties trash daily. That doesn't happen a lot. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great. It is by the action, but the area isn't as busy as closer to the public beach. We will for sure book for next year.

An okay hotel overall. Condition is average, overall cleanliness is okay, breakfast was fine. But our bathroom had not been adequately cleaned, and the ocean view room was really just a partial view with a tiny, tiny balcony. The staff were friendly and efficient, and parking was easy across the street in a parking deck.
