This is the only property we stay at when visiting myrtle beach.clean rooms great restraunt and bar. Rooms are always clean pools lazy river really good buffalo chicken pizza at the pool cafe laundry facilitys and right on the beach ,away from the crazy downtown scene. We love it so much we are considering buying a condo here.

We stayed in an economy room with kitchenette. All of the dishes and pots and pans were provided and were nice and clean. When we checked in we were supposed to have a 1st floor room, but the clerk noted that we would have a better ocean view from the second floor and there was a room available so he moved us. We ended up having to extend our stay, and they were wonderful about providing additional towels and toilet tissue. The beach view was somewhat obstructed from palm trees, but it was still nice, and the walk down to the beach was very easy from the pool area. The pool, river and hot tub were very nice. We used the laundry and it was OK. There is a gift shop on the property that was nice, and the restaurant on the property was very good. I would definitely stay there again!

This was the worst experience in my life! First of all the check-in was fantastic. Matt checked us in in 5/17/26. After that everything went downhill from my room filled with water from condensation, the room safe did not work as well as the toaster. There was a phone but no dial tone to be able to call anyone. These problems were tame compared to what the bottoms of our feet looked like after showering. The floors were so filthy that our soles of our feet were black and sticky. Our vacation was during bike week and I can understand the loudness but this was far beyond what you can imagine. Loud almost bull horn type loud. On Thursday afternoon the police, fire and paramedics were there 2 times within an out of each other. And last but not least Room 630 checked in and immediately started blaring music and slamming the door in and out. This went on all night long mind you we had to be at the airport by 5:30 am. This is not my first time in Myrtle Beach we were there last year for our honeymoon and this year for our Anniversary. My husband and I are seniors and dollars are spent very wisely. I lost my Mom on 4/24/26 and was hoping to relax a bit, meet up with friends, eat good food and catch some rays. Again I want to reiterate that the front desk staff was terrific especially Matt. 3 things I won’t do again is vacation during both bike weeks, stay in North Myrtle Beach and stay at The Caravelle Resort.

We went down for 5 days and im so glad i chose this resort. The front desk workers were AMAZING!!!It was clean. The room looked wonderful and was very comfortable. It had a kitchenette that was very functional. It was not right on the strip (about 18min drive away) so it was very calm and quiet. I would definitely stay here again 10/10 expirence.

Moe made the check in easy. We were very early. He called when our room was ready. Check in was fast. The room was clean. Comfortable and quiet. Recommend a luggage rack. No place for an open suitcase expect the dining table or bed.

The resort has many amenities but the rooms were not in the best shape. There are several buildings as part of the resort that are former hotels so we were not part of the actual resort we thought of. Overall service was great but the room was not as nice as we thought.
