The view from our room was beautiful, room was dirty like toe nails everywhere, the sofa was dirty stained.first day we found no shampoo or conditioner or body wash and didn’t realize till we got in the shower, we called the front desk and the lady who came to drop shampoos and conditioner looked irritated. Honestly this property blew me away with the kindness of the staff, they were very compassionate, the front desk staff Melanie was most helpful; she assisted my family with an early check in as soon as it was available as we traveled 5 hours driving to Myrtle Beach. This was my first time in Myrtle beach, my family enjoyed the pool and water slides, easy access to the beach and food that was available to order on the property. No complaints, if I could give 10 stars I would! Truly a gem hotel.

The hotel was good. The cleaning service could have been better. A lot of things that were not impressive such as the rooms were not cleaned properly, the elevators took forever to get up and down, and hallways were not vacuumed. Property is right on the beach and walking distance to the Boardwalk. Room was wonderful! It was a very busy hotel, so give yourself extra time for the elevators since they were always full, but people were great and everyone was positive and helpful.

We loved the included hot breakfast and there were a lot of selections for different preferences. The valet was nice amenity and well worth the price. You can’t beat the beach view either since it’s literally right outside the window. We ended up booking here same day after another resort fell through but this one didn’t miss a beat. I’m so thankful that they had just a few available rooms left!

The pool and waterslides were great for the kids. Beach access was directly behind the pool. Breakfast was decent; they also do a lot of vegetarian options. One downside is the elevators. You need the room key to use the elevator and there are only 4. So plan to wait for half an hour or more if it’s a busy time of day (ie checkout, during breakfast hours, around check in, etc). Parking is valet parking only. Downside to this is the insane lines to retrieve or drop off your vehicle during busy hours (mealtimes, check in, check out, etc).
