We enjoyed the location and amenities provided. However our room was not clean. The floor had not been vacuumed or mopped upon arrival. The room was fine but the finishes were old and worn. There were cabinets missing hardware and stains on the doors that would not wash off. The curtains and lampshades were torn. Some of the plates and dishes kept in the room were dirty, but stored in the cabinets. We enjoyed the pools and beach access and the grounds he’d been pretty well maintained. I would not stay in the same room again.

yes, my room overlooked the beach and the pools. I loved the hotel except that the restaurant was open just until 2 p.m. also, for the breakfast they didn't have a lot of options and you had to pay $20 for the buffet there wasn't any other alternatives to the breakfast price.

The room was very clean and met all of our expectations. The pool areas weren't over crowding and besides they had several us and our grands could choose from. We had all the amenities of a kitchen that kept from having to eat out to much. Great ocean and pools view. The staff was very professional and polite. Will come back another time. Excellent property with many amenities. Room was more than adequate. Staff was very helpful although we did have to chase housekeeping for a change in towels. Very close to the beach and pools are large and uncrowded. The only downside was the door lock. Door has to be slammed to close and lock. That seemed to be the norm on all the rooms so there was considerable background noise of slamming doors. Otherwise, the resort is a very good value.

Checked in asked the counter when checking in if we got the best room she said no but your getting what your getting. Room was worn badly pillows on sofa old and dirty. I felt like I the interior furniture had never been replaced since they opened. Tables legs ready to fall off. Ice maker in fridge did not work. No paper towels. No shampoos in room. I never wrote a negative review before but not impressed.. no restaurants within walking distance hardly . Beach is nice but they don’t own it. I don’t recommend this place

I stay in the south tower in room 607. This particular room was very outdated and really could use a deep cleaning for the amount that we paid for the condo. I felt as if though it was a low budget motel the sheets were smelly, smell like sweat the bathroom was not cleaned. It was dirt in the corners. It was just very dirty, but the pool in the beach was really nice to walk out and go straight to the six different pools or the beach but being inside the room was disgusting.
