The pools indoor and outdoor was amazing . Their is. A kitchen and bar on site and mini store arcade room and a waterpark all was amazing staff was very friendly . Had a issue with my room key they came very fast

I had stayed here before, but today I ended up in Tower 1, and it feels like a cheap, low-end hotel; I’m leaving disappointed and really felt it was overpriced—though the check-in service was excellent. The cleanliness in the room was very poor.

The room in Tower 1 was wonderful. 3 queen beds, kitchen and a bathroom w 2 toilets! We had so much room! The room was clean and parking was great! The restaurant had a nice view of the beach. I’ll be staying there again!

2 Bedroom Villa- a nice little family getaway.

I was pleasantly surprised with the 2 bedroom villa we stayed in. After reading reviews (after booking the rooms) I was prepared for disappointment, but that wasn’t the case. The villa was nice, parking was fantastic, the views were pretty good. It was on par with any other beach rental we’ve stayed at; no better, no worse. Teresa, who check us in, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We plan to return again!

My stay was great in a wonderful location not far from all amenities. The children enjoyed the water park where we spent over 4hrs. I would definitely recommend. Oh and the pizza was great.

Sand Dunes stay

I loved this place I will definitely come back. It was amazing. It was closed to everything. Many pools to choose from, the beach right behind the buildings. Good for any type of family.

The property needs a SERIOUS UPGRADE. The building, rooms, fixtures, equipment is really old and the management needs to upgrade the rooms. Especially the carpet, paint, stairs etc. overall experience was average. The Waterpark and Pool are good though and the service is reasonable.

Nice but I won’t return

This was our yearly vacation spot! Normally we are a Hilton family but they were fully booked! This space offered many family friendly options and scheduled events such as indoor pools, water park and lazy river .. can’t forget the bar lol Pros: Waterpark, multiple pools, bar, event schedule and the distance to the ocean front. Breakfast buffet for 12$. Staff is super friendly Great wifi Cons: Rooms are not as clean as I would have liked, the BED IS YHE WORST!!!! Total spring and super soft! The bathroom tub had duct tape inside. The bathroom and shower are very small. The kitchen fit 1 person at a time (LOL) very small dorm fridge. The patio slider barely slid. The TV are very outdated. The entire property is VERY VERY DATED! as a Hilton girl I probaly won’t stay her again! The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Property was as pictured. Close to the beach and my kids loved all the different pools and the on site water park. We used the pool at our tower multiple times a day as it was mostly empty all the time.

When we booked our room online, all of the photos showed updated rooms with induction stoves. The room that was issued to us was completely inaccurate from the description online and the itinerary that I paid for. It was supposed to be oceanfront, the room smelled like marijuana smoke, the pull out couch did not have a cushion, a curtain rod were broken, the stove was outdated and did not work, the lights were flickering, and there was a lot of things that were completely different than the pictures online. If we had known, we were booking a broken outdated room that was completely opposite from the pictures online we never would have booked at this location. We came in the room with zero paper towels, no rags, hand towels or any towels to shower with. No trash bags, no ice bucket, no pillows for the Murphy bed, the light was broke and the fan and I called them to come fix it and they instead just removed the fan from the room entirely. I tried to call customer service and the line is never available.

Great place for families of all ages

This place was great!! Grand kids and parents loved the lazy river and water park. Right on the beach, great views and lots of restaurants and snack bars. Highly recommended for families. We'll be back next year for sure!
