It rain the whole time we was there so we did not get to hang by the pool but we enjoy the walk on the beach the room was comfortable and had enough space for the 3 of us to enjoy the lady's in the office was very nice and welcoming we enjoy our stay

Great stay

The property was very clean and spacious. It had stove refrigerator microwave and all the things we needed to prepare meals on site. The pool was nice and being right on the water was amazing. Overall well worth the money.

I love the fact that it was right on the beach. It was very peaceful quiet. The only problem I had was that you can’t get new towels every day and they get walking up at your sleep by the construction people.

Myrtle beach is a beautiful area we had a blast enjoying the weather beach an actives it’s was my birthday weekend get away as well as my daughter spring break but the room furniture is out dated the double beds in one room are very small the living room furniture had a smell we wasn’t comfortable in our room at all an our neighbors fussed an fight the whole stay banging on the walls throwing stuff yelling wasn’t a good stay for us to be honest but we made the best of it.

Arrived at site to find registration was 9 blocks away. Went and registered got key and info about condo. Arrived and found condo just as shown on web. Very pleased with accommodations! I will return here on my next visit if possible

did like location. condition, dilapidated. building and apartment very run down. mold, stained ceilings, wall paper coming down. rust on a antique stove. switch in master bedroom bath area would shock you if you were damp. could hardly see out of any of the windows. i spoke to the manager. she said she would forward the complaints. i did not hear back.

I love where it was located. My friend and I took our teenage daughters. A black man approached us asking us questions and then stated he was not staying there. He kept coming back which really made us uneasy, The other thing that was not good was on the booking it said there would be someone to greet us at the front desk....No front desk there. Had to call number on expedia website to find out how to check in.

The rooms were very nice property great the only complaint I have was the washer and dryer you had to pay to use and you could not get any change anywhere so you might consider putting a change machine in the laundry room

Excellent well stocked beach condo steps from the beach

This condo had just about everything for your stay. Had all the necessities for cooking meals. Don’t forget oil, salt and pepper and other ingredients you’ll need. Tv we had was not able to play via smart cast / Netflix which was a bummer. Pool was closed when we arrived due to the season. Phones are corded which give it an old school feel. I can forget all that as we had a great time anyway. The house smelled and looked clean when we arrived. You step away from the pool and open the gate to the beach. We had a nice dinner on the beach watching the moon rise. Great place!

Don't get c or d rooms. They are not ocean front like it says they are. Avoid rooms on 2nd or 3rd floor. There is no elevator and 1st floor is actually 2nd floor because motel is on stilts. Parking is limited. You have one parking spot for your room. But it's right on the beach and the pool was nice. Not many people there when we were there.

The hotel was filthy! Also the TV, in the family area didnt work the entire time. I contacted the front desk and notified the them three times about the TV in family area and nothing was done. My daughter took a shower and my wife and I had to take cold showers. The hotel is in a good location, however the service was terrible.

This place is a dump

I stayed for a few days with several friends in room C202 at the Ocean Forest Villa Resort. It was a terrible experience. Where do I begin? The rooms are dirty. Carpets are old. A/C didn't work in the living rooms. One of the bedrooms didn't even have access to A/C. The pool and hot tub are shut down at 10PM and are locked behind high fences. The building hallways smell quite badly. The place in general is pretty run down. Stay away from this dump if you can help it!

Overall the experience was great. The location was nice, accommodatioins were good for the price. The building is older, and shows in some instances but the furnishings were nice. Not much as way of the kitchen essentials but good enough for a few days. Would rent again.
