The room was spacious and clean the only issue was the fact that the one window had a piece of plywood on it . The pool was very family friendly and the beach access was great. The staff was friendly and overall the hotel was clean. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Beautiful hotel! It was right by the beach & close by to shops/restaurants. Staff were super friendly. The pools were fantastic as well. My only issues were the WiFi being a little slow & the elevators taking a long time to get to each floor. Obviously not a dealbreaker, but something to note! I would definitely stay again :)

The hotel was clean and access to the beach was extremely nice. The pool both outdoor and under the patio were always clean. The pool bar had delicious virgin offerings as well, the Pina Colada (virgin) was a favorite for our entire family. The close proximity to the parking garage was ideal, as was the walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. The in room laundry and kitchenette was well appreciated, as the laundry was clean and ready within an hour. Overall an impeccable experience for the family

This resort was beautiful & simply amazing from the check in process & the front desk staff to the amazing room & amenities! It was such a great experience overall…we will definitely be back!

The room was amazing, and the staff was above and beyond when it came to accommodating me ( with a service animal) and my husband ( who is in a power wheelchair) and making our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Thanks goes out to the bell staff for being awesome!!
