Easy to get to, staff was excellent, very friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful, room was very clean, this hotel could use a little love as far as a little fresh paint in the rooms, but overall we were very happy with Midtown Inn, lots of cameras for safety, parking was easy and plentiful even though busy, value for this time of year was excellent, we would definitely stay at the hotel again

The location was excellent. The hotel was clean and staff was available and friendly. My only suggestion is they need better kitchenware in the kitchens. The cookware was so old and used. Some of it was unuseable. But I will definately be coming back. My kids loved the pool and the fact that I could grill food for them.

The location is awsome will be going back soon!! Kuntry K was so helpful down to the little man whipping the golf cart around the property. My neighbor stayed up and partied all night but we did not hear them and they couldnt hear my kids running around so this will be my favortive place for myrtle for now on. Thank yall from up the road in North Carolina

Love the proximity of the room to the beach. Walking distance. Our room was fresh and was clean. The ice machine was so useful. Parked the car and never used it the whole trip. The boardwalk was beautiful and the food was delicious. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

First of all we had a great time here, Were not bashing them at all. Staff was extremely helpful and since I'm handicapped they put us on the 1st floor! Cause our room would have been on the 4th floor with no elevators We did find on our last night there a cockroach and it was huge! (YES, I smashed the hell out of it) i f we to find more than one

For the price and location- 10/10!! I did not see one bug/insect in our 5 day stay! We hardly stayed at the hotel because there is way too much to enjoy in town. We also did not eat in our room but if I did, I would’ve took advantage of the grills they offer outside. For the price and location it was great! Will return!

The hotel was as expected based on previous reviews and the website. The location was perfect for what we were looking for - a short walk to the beach + low cost kid's activities near the boardwalk. Hotel staff were friendly. The other people staying there were friendly and the kids loved the pool. The room we had did not have a lot of shelf/closet space so plan for that. We underestimated what not having an elevator would mean -so if you are on the 3rd or 4th floor pack light if you can. Overall, we had a great time.

You really get a bang for your buck here. If you’re on a budget and want a decent hotel at Myrtle Beach and be within a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and strip this is a pretty good deal. Restaurants, entertainment venues and the Ferris wheel is minutes walking distance. The hotel rooms were tidy and clean and have a cute kitchenette. At night, it’s very quiet and also they have a working swimming pool.

Our overall stay was delightful, the staff were super nice and helpful. My only complaint is the cleanliness of our room. When we had arrived we had to sweep our room (sand is expected but not in the amount that there was) and there were crumbs from the previous people on the floor, the bathroom was okay, there was a razor from someone previous under the sink (only discovered because a piece of clothing had accidentally got kicked under). We had also discovered that our floor hadn’t been mopped for at least our stay, we had used a Clorox wipe to pick up the remaining sand the broom didn’t get and the wipe was black from the ground.

We arrived in Myrtle Beach a day early before our vacation reservation. This hotel was conveniently located near the boardwalk, had a middling rating, so we decided to book it for a night. Upon arrival, we were shocked at the quality; it was comparable to a roadside Motel 8. It’s hard to believe we paid $400 per night for this place. The only positive part was when we checked into our actual hotel, which made us realize how fortunate we are not to be staying at the Midtown Inn.
