What I appreciated most was the customer service. The staff was friendly and informative. Satisfied all of my requests and was professional the whole time while doing it. The pool and gym both were clean and inviting. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our room was very clean, but could use a few updates or maintenance issues One of the things I love the most is that it had two bedside tables, whereas most hotels only have one so I really appreciated that I also love that it was pet friendly The grounds were had some trashy looking things around the trash cans Breakfast could use some improvement. It was just OK The staff was really great and I appreciate that as well

I would start by saying that the front desk staff that we interacted with during our stay was absolutely top class. Always looking to help you, smiling, conversational. Amazing. But there is only so much that can be overlooked by dealing with exceptional staff. Because the conditions were terrible. There is a strong odor in the whole hotel. On top of that we had our room across the hallway from a couple of rooms that were being renovated, and the odor oozing out of them was super strong and it was all over our room, impacting our sleep. The room was made to look clean, but if you started to pay attention...there was hair on the sheets; we noticed what appeared to be mold on the pictures on the walls; there was a certain stickiness to things you touched - like door knobs etc. The breakfast - while not sensational in a vacuum, it was a lot better than what we expected based on the rate for our stay, and on par with what is served at higheer priced hotels. Really a pleasant surprise. Bottom line - great front desk office, but the hotel really needs a deep renovation. I. guess they are trying a few rooms at a time.

Breakfast was included but overall not very good with limited optons. Entrance to the hotel lobby was partially blocked with a wet towel wicking water leaks from some where. Hotel manager was not very friendly. Our king bed made a medal rumbling sound at one end of the bed. They did come up and fix that but afterwards left the room is dioptions. Will not stay at this property again.

Overall good experience. While i did not go into the pool, it looked like it needed to be cleaned/treated. NO ice bucket in the room but I acquired one from the front desk. I noticed another patron carting one away from the front desk. staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good..an added plus! I would stay again!

This is a good hotel. Not fantastic but good. The front desk staff very nice. Breakfast just ok. Easy to get to local attractions. Only 1 elevator that looked to be in stage of repair? Room temp control excellent. Room/bathroom very clean. We could hear the exercise equipment beneath us being used but was not overly disturbing. Was a great option for traveling with a pet. Overall met our needs for a short stay.

We felt our stay was just ok, we were very disappointed in the breakfast menu, and it didn’t change all week. We never saw the pool or pool area cleaned. The surrounding ground either. The one stand out was a couple employees were friendly and helpful. The main one was Chad!!
