Our room was really nice and had a wonderful view. The pool was a little dirty the entire trip despite there being a pool cleaner person. People would come up off the beach and swim in the pool that weren’t guests at Indigo so that was a little annoying. There’s also nowhere to hang your towels in the bathroom.

The room was fairly clean and loved the fact that we had a direct view of the beach. But, the bathroom sink smelled like straight sewage water whenever we attempted to use it. We couldn’t wash our hands, brush our teeth, etc with the sink and did everything in the shower. We had to keep the bathroom door closed because the smell would also appear even if the sink wasn’t in use. Wanted to leave a better review because our stay wasn’t horrible. But that would make any stay a bit unsettling.

It was a great view! We slept with the door open all night just to hear the beach. There were definitely some remodel blemishes and we kept having issues with the tv. I'd say overall it was a great place especially for the price compared to other beach front stays

I was very disappointed with my stay at Indigo Resort. The only positive part of the experience was the receptionist, who was friendly, welcoming, and did her best to be helpful. Unfortunately, everything else fell far below expectations. The photos online are very misleading and do not accurately represent the condition of the property. The room and common areas felt worn and not as clean or well-maintained as advertised. The pool was especially disappointing. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and definitely not inviting. It looked nothing like what was shown in the promotional photos. I chose this resort based on the pictures and expected a much nicer experience. Sadly, it did not deliver. I hope management invests in improving the cleanliness, maintenance, and accurately representing the property online so future guests know what to expect. The staff at the front desk deserves recognition for being kind, but that alone wasn’t enough to make up for the condition of the resort. I would not choose to stay here again.

Beach view was great. Hot tub and pool were a little green. We could not sit out on the balcony due to the weed smell and walking out the door you could smell it. People in the surrounding rooms were very loud. Environment was not acceptable. We will not be back and do not recommend this hotel.

The room was recently renovated and it was pretty clean. I enjoyed the beach view. I got a room with a kitchenette which was nice too. The sliding glass door was very hard to open. The bathroom could have used some type of hooks to hang towels and clothes, it would have been helpful if the kitchen are had more lighting. The staff were nice. There was no housekeeping the whole time we were there from Monday evening until Saturday morning which was very different disappointing. In the middle of the week we had to ask the staff for some clean towels and toilet paper. We had to empty our trash as well. We tried to call the front desk for things we need but the phone did not work, I was able to get a phone number but they never answered.
