It was really enjoyable. The room was clean it had things i need to cook with. The view was Beautiful!!!! It was just a walk away from the beach. It was also in walking distance of restaurants and alot of other places to enjoy and shop at. The pool was nice and clean the hot tube was nice wasn't to hot. I really love the stay I will book there again.

Smelling Marijuana everytime we sat on the balcony, someone below or next to us smoked it constantly. Beautiful view, spacious rooms, only 2 forks in flatware tray, need more than that. Needs a baking pan. Could use a new toilet and bathroom faucet. Even with those issues, we will definitely come back.

Hallways and rooms very dated. Carpets looked to be suffering from the effects of having been recently dried as they were not flat. Rusting on the appliances. But the beds and bathroom were clean.

This was an amazing stay. The property is slightly dated but still nice. Have a kitchen in the room saved lots of money. You will need to bring your own dish soap. The location is perfect for a family beach vacation. We had an ocean view room and it was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I have to give this place a bad review. I’m sorry, but my room was very dirty. We had a young baby with us and it wasn’t sanitary at all. There was dog hair on the beds and we didn’t have a dog the floor wasn’t clean. None of the appliances worked like hair dryer or lights. People were smoking cigarettes in all the non smoking sections which made it even worse for us. I’m allergic and then we couldn’t take the baby to the pool due to all the smoke. The view was beautiful. We were on the ocean. It was peaceful. Those are the only things I can say that were good about it.

Holiday sands south was ok. J Mike is clearly passionate and very present at his restaurant. The restaurant breakfast was great but they close at 2, which isn’t stated on Expedia. When we checked in, we had to leave to find food, which was very inconvenient. The pool inside the hotel had caution tape by the inside door. You must enter from outside and the other pool is drained. The lazy river advertised is actually in Holiday Sands South Beach. Their pools are all nice and functioning. Also, the doors at this hotel stay open until 11pm, but South Beach locks. The room was ok. Just basic. No usb port.

The room was very clean. It’s a little outdated, like there was some places on the ceiling that needed fixed. The cabinets and refrigerator could be updated. Parking was a little tight for a full size truck. Beds were comfortable and we loved the ocean view. Unfortunately, the lazy river and indoor pool were not usable. The workers were all very nice and helpful. All in all, for the price and location, I was very satisfied and would stay here in the future.

The view was nice, I appreciated having a balcony too. The room was a decent size but the bathroom was dirty and cramped. Overall this hotel is very outdated and gives off creepy vibes IMO. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin and painful. I will say though that all of the employees my partner and I encountered were very pleasant and willing to answer questions or assist with anything. I only have pictures of the surroundings / view outside because I was genuinely embarrassed to show friends / relatives the condition of this place. There were also a few homeless locals wandering outside the front entrance from time to time along with several stray cats :( I wouldn’t return here despite the low price per night.
