Great ocean view, good amenities and great location. Condo was clean and spacious. Would be nice for housekeeping to visit during the stay to help keep things in order. Only issue is if you are on a higher floor expect long wait times for the elevator. Overall, an excellent stay with the family :)

I had a great time at the Grand Hotel! It had an outdoor pool and an indoor pool and 2 jacuzzis. It was just so great. It was relaxing and I liked that our rooms were spacious. We had a problem with our door not closing all the way and maintenance came and fixed it immediately. We had a great view, we will definitely be staying there again. :)

It is a wonderful resort. We enjoyed the pools, hot tub and the lazy river daily. The Grand Atlantic is in a great location. Just steps from the beach and a few minutes from several stores and attractions. The only complaint we had was the beds were a bit uncomfortable (hard) and the frame was very squeaky. We also suggest not getting a room by the staircase because people use them all times a day and night which could keep you awake or wake you up. Other than that, we would highly suggest a stay at the Grand Atlantic.

Access to the beach was nice. Did not like the parking, was hard to find spaces. Needs to be updated and did not like that we had to take out our own garbage, plus call for clean towels and toilet paper if we needed it. The full kitchen and washer and drier were great to have. Over all the stay was okay. Do not think I would stay again I like more access to services. Would give it a three out of five.

Great customer service...we had just left the North Shore Ocean Resort where we walked in out room to find bed bugs..we immediately left and found Atlantic Ocean Resort..they were very accommodating and very clean!
