It was a great stay! Liked the minimalistic, ultra modern, clean decor. There was a minifridge, microwave, coffee pot, and free parking. Beach access was right across the street and shopping was within walking distance. It was a nice clean hotel at a great price. It did not have an elevator so ask for first floor room if you have mobility issues.

This property is a new property and from outside it looks like a nice motel however upon entering the room it blew me away. The room was well designed had a gorgeous bathroom excellent water pressure and was clean very clean. I was very pleased with the staff upon check in they were very polite and helpful and personable. They made sure our stay was enjoyable and that we have what we needed. I would definitely recommend this place for those seeking comfort and a great place for vacation. I would definitely come back to 5th and ocean.

The property is located within walking distance of the beach. However, the bed was a mattress on a wooden box, very uncomfortable. The window was not fully covered allowing anyone to peer through. I would not recommend taking a partner to this property. You get what you pay for!

Very loud bikers revving their bike still 5 in the morning and partying on the road that the hotel is on. Could not get no sleep at all. Everybody's partying on the parking lot. Worst 500 dollars I've ever spent for 2 nights. The only thing that was good was the shower.

Location was good, Rooms were ok. staff was nonexistent. Pool hours were stated but not followed, Pool was occupied late into the night, well into the next morning. My wife got up one morning to go enjoy the pool before getting our day started, only to find it being cleaned and chem shocked due to the remnants of the night before. was very unfortunate.

The rooms were very clean and renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, I don't love that the doors are on the outside especially on the strip where there are a lot of sketchy activities. The beds are VERY low to the ground. They are like a mattress on a platform and should have been a box spring and mattress. Luckily my mom had decided not to come because she would not have been able to get up.

Was greatly disappointed when we arrived. The door jammed, mattress filthy, tv did not work. We had to get a room somewhere else. It is an upgraded motel. If you are a person who don’t mind motels you will love it.
